DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS
Upon finalisation of the order, the shipping service will be provided, within Italy, within 5-7 working days from finalisation of the order. The courier, DHL, will provide deliveries from Monday to Friday during working hours.
As soon as your order is collected by DHL, we will send you an e-mail with the shipping tracking number (ORDER ID). In this way it is possible to check the shipping status at the website www.dhl.com.
The courier, DHL, does not deliver to post-office boxes or provide General Deliveries.
To facilitate the process, we recommend that you provide an address where a person will be present (even where not the purchaser) on the expected delivery dates.
In the instance where the recipient is not present when the courier arrives, the lastly mentioned will leave an attempted delivery note: please re-contact the courier immediately to agree upon re-delivery or a place from which the package can be collected. In the instance where a Punto Maglia package is refused, the customer will be asked to pay the shipping costs in addition to the cost of the unsold merchandise.
In the instance of loss or damage of the item during transportation caused by DHL, Punto Maglia will oversee the costs for the damage (“delivery costs are covered for the transfer of the available materials or for the goods to be checked by the consumer (art. 61 paragraph 2 Legislative Decree 21/14”).
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the weight and are calculated at the time of purchase.
