Returns Procedure

On-line sales of products on www.puntomaglia.it is managed by Punto Maglia s.r.l. Via Silvio Poli n.10 40026 IMOLA (BO) ITALY tel. + 39 0542 690664 fax +39 0542 699097.
Consumers who make purchases on the on-line Punto Maglia shop, will benefit, specifically, from safety provisions governing long-distance agreements as per Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), Legislative Decree 70/2003 relative to company services within the domestic market information with specific reference to electronic sales, and, for some aspects, from the Civil Code.
In addition, Puntomaglia.it applies Legislative Decree 21/2014 which recognises Directive 83/2011 on protecting Consumers and which updates the Consumer Code.

Would you like to return the product received?
Punto Maglia customers must be completely happy with the selections made.
If for any reason, you are not happy with your order (for example, incorrect size) or in the regrettable case where products ate received with faults, purchased products can be returned.
It is possible to exercise the right to return.
From the delivery date (the date the merchandise is received), 14 days are permitted within which to state the desire to return the merchandise and a further 14 days are permitted to actually receive the returned merchandise.

- In the case of a return owing to faulty or flawed merchandise (compliance faults) the merchandise can be exchanged with no charge for returning the goods: Punto Maglia will oversee all shipping costs.
- In the case of return for personal reasons (not compliance faults), the consumer will oversee all shipping costs.

We kindly ask that you comply with the following conditions governing product returns:
- the product must not have been used;
- the product must not have been damaged in any way
- the label must be attached to the product and it must be in its original packaging: the product must be fully returned as per the same conditions as when it was purchased.

How do I return merchandise?
1. RETURN REQUEST NOTIFICATION
within 14 days from receiving the merchandise, send an e-mail to ordini@puntomaglia.it (or fill in the form in the CONTACTS section) providing: NAME, ORDER NUMBER, RETURNED OBJECT CODE.
Specify the reason for the return in the e-mail:
- FAULTY (NON-COMPLIANT) PRODUCT RETURN
Or
- RETURN FOR OTHER REASONS.
Also specify the following, where desired:
CHANGE SIZE/COLOUR OF THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED
or:
ISSUE OF A VOUCHER EQUAL TO THE AMOUNT SPENT
Punto Maglia will reply within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), sending you a RETURN CODE and instructions on how to proceed.

2. Fill in the Return Form (transportation document) found within the package (or which has been sent via e-mail) not forgetting to provide, in the relative space, your Return Code and provide the information requested on the form.
Place the return form in the package to be sent to Punto Maglia via Courier.

3. At this stage, you can send the product to the following address:

In the case of FAULTY MERCHANDISE (compliance faults) Punto Maglia will be responsible for the cost of returning the product and shipping of the new product, whilst in the case where the return is owing to OTHER REASONS, the consumer is responsible for shipping costs.
